Qualification allowances in india's labor market
I am a korean student studying india s labor market. i think some of you may help me by letting me know these inquiries. 1. is there any qualification allowances in india s labor market? in korean companies they give allowances to employees if an employee has a qualification or degree such as mba graduat cfa cpa law school and so on. 2. is there any university graduates' starting salary differentials by prestigious/ordinary universitiy? here s not salary differentials by fame of university. starting salary is decided by each companies' policy and there re no negotiations on starting salary. if not how starting salaries are determined as a university graduate? by negotiations? or something eles? thank you for reading. best regards areuke

A good topic hey. well i m doing a msc degree. employee relations is so broad a subject to study in its general terms. you need to decide what exctly about employee relations you want to look at from conflict collective bargaining regulation issues strikes involvement participation etc. so what exactly is your area of interest in employee relations

Applicable labour laws in absence of union/contract?
Hello all i work in a manufacturing firm with about 100 permanent employees that are with company from 530 years. till now relations of management and employees are cordial and there is no labor union or written contract. there is a case of a nonperforming employee and he doesn t improve after several verbal warnings. is it possible to terminate him without giving written notice? or he can challenge this decision in labor court? also do same labor laws apply to workmen supervisors engineers & managers in this matter? would really appreciate if you guys share the opinion on above. thanks in advance
