What will be the Earned Leaves Policy for Company who is established in Shops and Establishment Act.
I understand that Once a employee is eligible for 15days of EL's after his/her completion of 1year in any organization which is under S & D establishment we should either encash them or allow employee to take leaves but should not carry forward to next year calender? Can you help me with a proper information of what act speaks.

Hi Buddy,
According to TN Shops and Establishment Act an employee who completed 12 months of continuous service is eligible to get 12 days of leave wages, an employee also eligible for CL-12 days & SL-12. Employee can accumulate the leave with wages for maximum 24 days.
