Greetings,
This is one of those unprepared situation that I am sure not even your ICC had prepared for.
Please drop the charges against her. You will need a fresh enquiry. Get good counsellors and consultants who have already handled such cases that back-fired.
Pre-wire the employee against whom the charges were put by the lady. This will bring in a repercussions. Put that person under the radar of a neutral leader. Consult a lawyer on how to deal if the charges are revisited.
Once your internal audit is strong, offer a fresh service/role to the lady. Once she joins in keep a watch on the interaction and sensitise all your employees on the guidelines.
Last but not the least, please keep your corporate lawyer updated on this case to avoid an huge penalty.
