Hi All
I am Vinod working as a Recruitment Manager in a leading Retail Co. For the past 3.5 yrs.
Recently our VP had met me and asking me to quit my job due to my poor performance. I have all my updated data's to prove him that my perormance if upto the mark. As a Company policy, they havent given me any warning letter before they could ask me to leave.
I have no Idea what to do at the moment. Pls suggest/guide me.

Dear Sir,
As you said you are in recruitment Side Please go through your appointment letter and read all the Clauses in it.
If there is any clause regarding the termination please mention it so that i can give the suggestion to you.
But as per my knowledge is concerned apart from the permanent workmen remaining all staff can be terminated with a reason said by the company. And i have a doubt regarding:
1. Wether company had taken any letter from you stating tht you are resigning on your own accord. if so nothing to do.
2. If you are a conformed employee the company need to pay the one month salary before termination.
So please go through the appointment order once.
