Hi,
I was employed in an IT org at Bangalore from 4th Jan 2016, they are forcing me to resign on 16 feb 2016 without even giving any deliverable, team and job. I was asked to sit with different teams to see what they do, i have 12 yrs exp, all of a sudden when i asked for role clarity as per interview discussion, they are saying i'm not fit into their culture, so i have to resign. They are saying its their failure to not to access my exp and fit, but What legal options i have to ask for as they want to close it with one month notice pay? I left a job for this job and i may not get job for couple of months, how to take it forward? Pls advise

You have really no option but to move on.
Legal remedies exist for every civil wrong, but have you got time and energy to pursue a court battle.
When you were being shunted around with no clear job being assigned, did you try and find out what is happening??
In hindsight this lack of assigned duty should have been a kind of warning that something is wrong somewhere.
I would in such cases put the experience behind and actively concentrate on looking for a new job as that is more important than any thing else.
Demand one month pay in writing.
Probably you should name such organisations who do not treat employees properly and by casual recruitment cause inconvenience to employees.
This will help other people from joining such difficult companies.
