hey all......im doin ma plus 2 nd ve 2 make up my mind about my career....i was initially just concentratin on psychology bt am now finding human resourse management also very interestin.....as i had made up my mind 2 purse psychology i had dropped maths....can u pls tell me if i can do human resourse management widout maths?

stats comes in handy if you plan to run six sigma campaigns in HR otherwise am yet to come across large scale application of maths... surya

Hi Ravneet,
You do not require a degree in maths for getting into HR . However, an MBA degree from a premium institute does help. For that you would have to write CAT... MAT...etc.
A background of maths does help in preparation for these competitive exams.
