Dear All,
I need your help.Please guide me . Iam currently workin as HR recuiter my HR manager has left the organization so all the responsibility is on me now though on papers I am not Manager .Today i got to know that few of my Senior Authorities are using my false signature .
Incident- One of Company's vendor came in today to collect payment of more than a lakh and then he showed me a document under which it was written something like if we fail to pay the amount by this date then company would be liable for the expenses and you are free to take any action.And that date is also passed now.
and it was signed by my name.
AND AT PRESENT THOSE senior athourities are not in office they are coming after 3 days now and even they are not receiving any calls at present.
Please help!!!!!

company director himself is involved in this thing with one more director who also takes care of Adim Dept.

If higher management is involved,then it become difficult.
Why have they selected your appointment for this purpose of forgery??
You are not manager HR,you are not purchase officer?
What reason could be there in making you a scapegoat?
This needs to be discussed with a legal consultant for legal actions before they land you into problems.

Discuss the matter with your legal consultant.
After taking legal opinion/inputs write to the management about the whole issue.
Keep facts documented and also sent to appropriate authorities under acknowledgment.
Your documenting these facts will keep your side legally safe.
