I am working as a Asst. Manager-HR with one of the leading security & facility management services provider. I would like to have suggestions for creating policies. May I know that what kind of HR policies should be in security industry as this is my first experience with security industry.
Although I have created few policies i.e- Leave Policy, Travel Policy, Mobile Policy, Staff Advance Policy.
