Dear all, I had an offer from small company and according to your suggestions and my opinion joined organisation with lots of curiosity and excitement as a IT Recruiter .I work hard and stretch time to understand and learn things. But i feel my manager is not happy and she always puts pressure. MY colleague's and mine productivity are same in terms of resume submission in fact i feel i am doing good.

But work load is more and very strict on targets also. I am feeling to leave the firm its been only 3 days. how to overcome from this. Has everyone travelling and travelled on same boat????? iam thinking to leave the firm . But how far it is good to leave because dont have offer also and iam totally confused on this.Dont feel like going to office . Is all organisations are same .

Provide me your opinions soon.

Note: In my previous company also come across too much pressure but they will give time to improve ourself since it is a new firm but here it is not like that.

Thank you

Dear Bhavya,
This is probably your fourth post.
It is not possible to come to any meaningful conclusion in THREE DAYS time.
Please remember that there is no substitute for hard work.
Every one goes through a grind irrespective of the age or experience.
Why are you expecting too many good things to come in too short a time?
It would be in your interest to concentrate, workhard and come up.
There would be problems everywhere. It is upto us to learn and cope up.
There is no magic wand available with any senior member or for that matter any Cite HR member
that could give SUCCESS in a jiffy.

Three days is too short a period to take any call on leaving the job.
Focus upon learning and enhancing your job performance.
You get different type of managers and you need to work with them and learn.
Many managers press to get the best out of their subordinates and you must learn to put up with work pressure.
Do not get disheartened and take hasty decisions.

Hi there,
Just as a friend, as you have mentioned-travelling on the same boat, I am writing this. From December, I could not find a day as cool as today in office and that is the reason I have opened citehr today after so many days....As Raghu sir rightly pointed out, there would be problems everywhere and as Nathrao sir says, we must learn to put up with pressure....it would not be a pressure if we start handling it in a nice manner....maybe out thoughts does not decrease the amount of workload but our perception towards our work might make us feel better. It's really a pride if we take our boat upstream and reach the destination rather than the downstream...maybe this way we can feel and try to cope up or put our best efforts.
Hope everything goes fine with you. Best wishes!!!
