HELLO Please do advice me how to increase the employee satisfaction and commitment other than salary appraisal

-Celebrate Birthdays of employees..atleast mass birthdays of the employees whose falls in the same month.
-arrange some Picnic progrmas atleast twice a year.
-Give bonus yearly
-Appreciate them with Party once the project is over.
-arrange some innovative programs like traditional attire competition..cubicle decoration..
-Arrange sports days.
-Conduct satisfaction surveys in the form of questionaire.. to chk with them what exactly they are looking for.
There are many such.....hope it was of some use to you......
Most importantly Medical facilities, PF, Insurance, accident policy..etc according to the budget of your company..

Apart from salary appraisal,you can conduct some training programs based on their working platform/application. So, It may add the credits to their career and benefits to the company. Then, we can make one-one discussion among team members organised by team leaders. so that, they can get to know the attitude of employees and their decision making, product intelligence, etc.. Once project has been completed successfully,please make arrange an get-together party ( Recreation) to boost them and feel comfort to work on further projects in future.

Many things are to do as HR for their organization. But, The base is " Management should appreciate our needs and try to make of it."

One thing, Attrition problem occurs most of the organization not only by the Appraisal or CTC. First, Employees should get confident and feels comfort of working with their Boss and work culture. Second thing, they expect relaxation between their projects , in that case, we need to conduct some Stress Management class etc.. Third thing, Conduct some monthly outing to develop proper understanding between the staffs, departments, between boss and staffs, etc... fourth thing, As of HR , Be conscious on shift management .May be fifth, we can keep salary structure or appraisal.
