First of all, wish you a prompt recovery from health problems.
Secondly how long have you been working and in what capacity?
Bond is for how many years?
Did they give you any specialised training etc?
What is the type of injury you have suffered?
Is it making you medically unfit and you cannot continue in this job?
Is the company feeling that you are making a medical exucse to get over the bond and leave the company?

Wish you a speedy recovery,
The company cannot force you to work against your will or compel you to work. The can however, withhold a reliving letter. If they choose to withhold your salary, then you can take legal action if you feel it's worth the trouble.
