Manager - Corporate Hr
Grab the offer with both hands.
Size has nothing to do with success.
Sometimes you get a greater role in a smaller company.
This offer is certainly blessing in disguise.
Also remember that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
It is better to be having a small job in a good company rather than
and a not so good job in a big company.

The company being small will give you opportunity to work on all aspects of your job and thus give a wider experience.
But remember whether to go with a large or small company, will largely depend on what you hope to accomplish and how you work best in an organization.
It all boils down to individual preferences. But since you right now have no other offer,it would a good idea to accept this job and try to learn and grow.

As our members suggested earlier you could go ahead and accept the offer. Reason being is if you get into a big company you cannot get that much opportunity to learn but in case of smaller organization you would have ample opportunities to learn and also you can climb up the ladder at a faster pace. Wish you a good luck.

Learned members have posted very nice views with reference to your query.
It is not always true that only Large Sized Companies have better opportunities for the employees. In fact smaller Companies work hard to strive for the best & ultimately their Employees have to put in their best of the efforts.
Since you right now have no other offer in your hand, it will be a good opportunity to get wider Exposure where you may have to put in even more efforts to prove yourself, which ultimately will add to your Experience.
