Kindly suggest for Do's and Don'ts or smoking area. In our automobile industry we decide to make a smoking area to avoid smoking in workplace.
I want to put a guidelines for do's and don'ts for smoking zone.
Kindly help me to formulate this one.

Do's and Dont's of smoking area can be as follows :-
1) Don't - Drop the ashes on the floor
Do's :- Use Ash tray all the time
2) Don't :- Don't spoil the premises with your Cigarette buds
Do's :- Use Dustbin or Ash tray while killing the smoke
3) Don't :- Dont make smoking area as Gossip zone
Do's :- Use the area for what it is meant for
Kindly edit or update any more points you would like to add.

It needs to be close enough to the work place (sitting area) so people will make use of it.
At the same time, it should be created in a manner that people do not get affected by the smoke.
If you are making an enclosed smoking room, ensure that the exhaust is high enough to take the smoke above the building roof line
