Dear All,
I have joined MNC and not submitted my relieving letter as my previous employer (Bahraini Company) is not issuing relieving letter. My previous employer has marked me obscended during verification and i am in serious trouble now. I resigned from my post during vacation and sent my resignation through e mail. I would like to know what action will be taken by my current employer as negative feedback has been given by my previous employer.

Strictly speaking, nobody can speak for and on behalf of your present employer. Can be or cannot be fired, all that depends upon the generous or the strict policy of the present employer.

As per the general practice, since you have left the previous organisation without notice, and that you have suppressed the fact from the current employer (possibly lied to them during the interview), the current employer will terminate your appointment.
If you are a valuable resource that is difficult to replace, may be they will give you a chance to explain. If you have any supporting documents showing that they have accepted the resignation and relieved you, then show those to HR immediately

Dear All,
Thanks for your reply,I have acceptance of resignation mail which i have shared with HR. Even I am ready to pay lie of notice period to the previous company but they are not replying at all. I am not in Bahrain, I can not go and ask face to face.

While you were interviewed in your current organisation, did they ask you why you want to leave your the then current organisation and hence leave Bahrain? What did you answer?
Based on that you can have an idea what you can expect (whether you flatly lied or you had answered that somewhat can support your abrupt resignation without settling any FNF) and also can prepare if any sort of NC is raised against you. What designation do you work in?

I am in software development profile, I handed over my responsibilities to team member which usually they do if anyone is going for vacation and i resigned properly with official mail id and same was accepted also, any company can mark obscended even after hand over and resignation.

If your appointment letter states that serving notice period or buy out notice period (either/or) is mandatory on the event of either of the party terminating the employment then it needs to be abided. Otherwise, yes the company can mark you 'absconded' even after your handover and resignation.
