There is no any standard formula. But generally companies will follow 40-60% as basic on the gross salary. But we have to ensure as Basic shall not be less than minimum wages.

kindly insure to me about percantage of besic pay on gross pay where minimum labor wages is 359/- per day of unskilled labor and its other kins of deduction i.e. House rent Allowance, Dearness allowance, DA, special allowance and other kinds of pay in there salary in gross amount.
