You need to see your State Rules which may differ from state to state as well as the order of the Government of the State in which your establishment is located. So far as establishments falling under Central sphere, the number of workmen's representatives shall not exceed 20 and they shall represent the various categories, groups &classes of workmen enraged in the establishment. Please see your State Rules and may also consult the Labour Commissioner (State) in this regard.
