Hi all considering the increasing number of cases where : 1. the candidate joins a company and leaves within 1520 days or 2. accepts the offer and does not joindoes not even inform we are planning to include a clause in the offer letter and also a clause in the policy handbook which might bind the candidate to pay us a penalty if he leaves within 36 months. please let me know the impact of the same and also your opinions.
Confusion over the offer letter
Hi thr i recently got an offer from a software companyfirst of all they were reclutant to give to me offer letter they told me to join the company without any offer letter. when i insisted upon giving me an offer letter they send me just an emailit hasn t got any logo of the company nor the sing by any authorized person. can i consider as an offer letter. is it considered as an equivalent of the hard copy of the letter.plz help me to clear this ambiguity. regards mujib.
