Dear All,
I have been asked by my manager to work on KRA and KPI where in I need to come up with basic components which are important in setting up the KRA(besides the smart goal setting) and how to derive KPI from KRA.
We need to introduce these 2 things in our system so request all to share the detail idea about it.

You can use the following 15 questions for effective employee evaluation for setting up KRA and how to derive them KPI.
Once you have got that in place, you can use a Performance Management system like to make the process more streamlined, and easy for your employees as well as managers.
