Dear sir, I am working as Shift engineer. Recently my weekly holiday is changed from Sunday to Wednesday w.e.f 1/1/2016. I had avail my last weekly holiday on dated 27/12/2015 (Sunday). Now my upcoming week holiday will on 6/1/2015 (Wednesday). So I will avail only 2 weekly holiday between three consecutive weeks I.e. from 28/12/2015 to 13/1/2016 ( I have work for 18 days).
Is I am eligible for 3 weekly holidays in this case ?

As per Factories act, Company can offer you to take weekly off not extending continuous working of not more than 10 days.
In your case, the change of days doesnt cross the continuous working of 10 days. If you get less weekly off's in this month, you will get more Wednesdays in next month. so you may not need to worry about that.

You will have the first week off on 6th which after 10 days, which is within policy, then you have it on 13th, 20th and 27th. So effectively, there is no violation of any rules.

You are right. But I'm also eligible for one week off for 6 working days. I'm getting only 1 week off for continuous 10 days. And week off on dated 6/1/2016 is for current week , so what about last week 's week off I.e. from 28/12/2015 to 2/1/2016 ?
Can you give me succession for Thai please.

You have availed weekly off on 27th December and after words your weekly off was changed from Sunday to Wednesday from 01st January on wards. Hence you will get only two weekly offs from 28.12.2015 to 13.01.2016. As per the factories act you did not work more than 10 days with out weekly off. Hence you need not ask HR department regarding this issue.
