I would like to know Cost to Company (CTC) salary format.
What does it mean? In some companies, shares of both employee and employers are deducted from the employee under the garb of saying it is CTC agreement. Could this be legal? Please allay my apprehensions on this topic.

Hi Buddy,
CTC means Cost to Company (CTC) is the salary package of an employee. It indicates the total amount of expense an employer (organization) is spending for an employee in a year. CTC is not the actual salary of an employee, it also includes all the facilities an employee is getting during the service period.
I don't no what you mean by legality for this. This practices used in all over industries to attract workforce and showing how much an employer spending to an employee.
