Friends, I wud like to know cost to cost salary format. What does it mean. In some of the companies of deductions of both shares I.e employee and employer are deducting from the employee and saying it is CTC agreement. Is there any legality for this. Pls allay my apprehensions on this topic.

Hi Buddy,
CTC means Cost to Company (CTC) is the salary package of an employee. It indicates the total amount of expense an employer (organization) is spending for an employee in a year. CTC is not the actual salary of an employee, it also includes all the facilities an employee is getting during the service period.
I don't no what you mean by legality for this. This practices used in all over industries to attract workforce and showing how much an employer spending to an employee.
