Employee's background Verification includes everything about background like employment details, educational Qualification details, family details etc etc.
For employment verification,You may write to the HR of the previous company with details like designation, DOJ, employment duration, salary, LDW etc etc which have been provided by the new joinee. You may attach the scan copy of salary slip , relieving/resignation letter etc for verification of the documents.
Remember, always collect HR mail ID/contact number through your own source. You may call the HR department by finding number through Internet and may ask their mail ID for verification. Don't ask the new joinee to provide the same as he may give details of his known one.
In case of educational Qualification verification, you may approach respective institutions. And for family details verification, you may collect required documents and get it verified from respective authorities.
Hope this will be helpful for you.

Importance of document verification
Congratulation, you are selected for this position. Every one of us would want to hear these words when we go for an interview. But only clearing the interview does not mean we have the job. Next very important and critical part is providing the correct documents. We should always provide the documents which we have mentioned in your resume.
Below mentioned are few examples of documents which every companies ask for the verification
 Educational documents( 10th 12th, Graduation/post graduation certificates)
 Address proof ( present and permanent)
 Identity proof ( Pan Card, driving license etc)
 Experience letter, relieving, offer letter and salary slips of the previous company.
 Reference check is also one of the important part of verification. Give name of the people with whom you have work with.
Most of the people apply for job however when it comes to providing documents to support the same, they don’t have it. If you do not have correct document it is advisable “DO NOT APPLY FOR JOB”. You are wasting your as well as the recruiters time. Also taking the position of someone who has all the documents and equally deserving.
There are companies who do reference check and hire you only if all the documents are correct. Giving fake documents will not help you getting job, in fact it gives very negative image of yours. Some companies also black list you if provide any fake document and you will never be able to apply for the job for the same company ever again.
Modern employer is very smart when it comes to choosing the good candidates. We have team of experts who do the verification done for companies. Verification is done only to check if the documents provided are correct and if the person is having any criminal background or not. No one would want to have the employee with fake documents and it is unethical and against the law. Verifications process helps the employer to get the right candidate.
We are one of the firms which help the companies to do the document verification and the reference check to be done for the candidate. It is very help full process by which right candidates are hired and keeps the fraud people away.
Make sure when were you apply for job you should have complete and correct documents. we are sure you don’t want to be black listed from any company.
