we had compliance audit on 10 days before, we had more than 20 major NC due to low knowledge about compliance audit, kindly help me to avoid this issue at now and future

It will be more helpful to discuss anything if you shortly mention the points of NC. either it will be desktop or followup NC. If your NC's are desktop then you have to rectify the NC and send auditors the photograph or photocopy of docs. Or if these are follow up NC then you have to rectify the NC points and inform them for re-audit. And for future, you have to know all labour Acts (Factory/Shop & Establishment, ESIC, PF, Industrial Disputes, Gratuity, Bonus etc.) including Basic judgments of Supreme Court / High Courts relating to Labour Wages, Welfare or Safety. You can visit website of ILO /SEDEX / SA 8000 / BSI MERCH etc. This site will guide you about Compliance audit. Please keep in your mind that each and everything to relating to labour welfare, safety, wages including environment are cover in this type of audit. So, it will be round the year process.
