Hi seniors i have done my mba hr in 2010 and later i have for worked as a site HR in a construction company for less than 6 months and later worked for NIIT institutions as a operations manager for 2 years and later i have open a restaurant and running till date and now i want to quit my business and get back to HR job and now im worrying how to get into it can you please help me out im really nervous that i should start from basics .......please suggest me to get into HR dept.

You have mentioned 2 years experience as Operations Manager. Does this job has any relevance with HR Job. What are the functions you handled during the 6 months tenure with the construction company. Do you have any exposure towards core HR Functions like Recruitment, Compensation, Compliance, Training & Development, Separation. Try to speak with your friends, colleagues, seniors who are currently working as HR Professionals and try to understand basic HR Functions. Because each aforesaid function in HR covers vast subject which requires time and patience to understand.
Take a look at resumes of HR professionals and go through HR Management books which will enlighten your knowledge in HR. Last but not least visit CITE HR site and read the queries and their replies given by members. ALL THE BEST
