Hi everyone!
I am from Goa. I was working for a Bangalore based company , for Maharastra and Goa franchisee. I was working for Goa branch but taken care from Mumbai as Marketing Executive.
I was not given a offer letter. I worked there from 01st March 2015 to 16th August 2015. I have not got salary of 15 days work in August month.
Neither I was intimated about termination. On 14th August around at 5, my franchisee owner comes and hands over termination letter to me. Since 15th August was holiday, i handed over company laptop and all on 16th August.
Kindly help me how do i get the salary of atleast the days i have worked for. I do not have any proof to support my self.

Some clarification in this regards may help me to provide you a good solution.
Don't you have appointment letter with you?
Do you have attendance proof of the days you worked there? Like biometric punching details/ mail details which proves you were in office duty?
Do you have salary account in the name of the company or any proof that shows you received salary from this company?
Do you have salary slip with you?

Please arrange to proves that you were attendant your duty till the end date. Then take Help of Near Labour office and take action.
