Dear Seniors,
We are in construction business so does minimum wages for shop and establishment will be applicable to us?? we are group of companies and currently in 8 co. we have distributed employees. no company exists 20 employees. are we come under gratuity act??? do we come under PF and ESIC acts??
We also run a trust! in our trust employees are more that 28 so do we come under PF and esic act. Our trust mainly works to serve community children by providing them scholarship help and even other students out of community also we provide scholarship also we help to women and work for women empowerment.
My question is do our trust comes under PF, ESIC, Gratuity act & minimum wages act??

Your construction activity will come under the purview of the minimum wages, if any fixed by the Appropriate Govt for employment in construction industry.
Regarding the second query, whether the 'Trust' is registered under the Trusts Act or Societies Registration Act ? My personal view is all the appropriate Labour Laws
would be applicable to it.
