Hi Buddy,
According to factories act-1948 A establishment employing 500 or more employees (including contract workers) should have Ambulance room equipped with prescribed items under the law and should have medical & nursing staff who will be readily available during working hours of a factory.

DISH Authorities specify that what type Medical Facilities to be available ,Depending upon nature of Industry .
a. Hazardous .
b. Continous Processing Plant
Other issues also taken into account .Therefore Pl clarify from DISH Dept .Only .
