As we know that PF ceiling is basic of Rs. 15000/- if some of the employees whose salary beyond Rs. 15000/- i.e 16 or 17 K and some employee do not wants to become member of the PF scheme & some wants to become the member of the scheme can inspector raise the question why all the employees are not covered under PF scheme who are getting more then 15 K, as we know that beyond 15 k employee can opt out of the scheme if they are not the members of PF or they have withdrawn the pf amount & they do not want to become the member of PF & giving declaration in form no 11 as i come to know that Pf inspector raises the question at the time of inspecting a firm so you are requested pls clarify the same.

Hi,
Employees are whose basis + DA is Rs.15,000 or less which automatically qualify for PF contribution. If an employee is getting more than Rs.15,000 of Basic+DA, and havent contributed to PF in his past, he can be exempted from PF.
