Dear All,
Now the employee can withdraw the PF without the attestation of thier previous employer. New Ammendment is released from EPFO on 01st December 2015. Find the attachments of the New PF Forms linked to UAN Number.
Employees has to activate their UAN Number and link their Aadhaar and Bank account number to the UAN Number to withdraw PF directly without employers signature.
