My suggestion is to stop looking for innovative recruiting practices by others. What works for one does not necessarily work for others.
Instead, learn to be more innovative. As a first step, start questioning everything. Above all, stop following others That alone will make you innovative.
I am making this suggestion not to chide or criticize, but to teach.

according to me searching for innovative techniques or practices for recruiting need to find out inattentiveness inside the candidate we cant sure on that it can come from only talented or high merits person, search for person with innovative view.
