Misconduct-reg.
One of my workers violated modal standing ordersi.e escaped from work spot without proper approval from hod s .after that we have guided personally but no improvement so we issued show cause notice to him but the worker rejected to accept the show cause notice and he rejected to put signature and neglected the same.now what kind of action i have to take against the same worker.kindly guide me. and all others workers also not ready to give information against him. because they have union so that we do not have any evidence against him to take action.so in this complicated situation what i have to do?
Pf withdrawal pending with pf bangalore office
Dear all i am from pune & i working was with ibm pune. i have applied for pf withdrawal 1.3 yr back in month of aug 2011 in bangalore office. i found that pf status online was rejected and i did not received any communication from pf office neither from ibm for this. i have been mailing to ibm pf withdrawal team about my pf status as per them they have not received the status. i have contacted pf office personally and visited to pf office bangalore they told me we have already sent communication to ibm pf withdrawal team about rejection. ipf office people in bangalore are very poor as far as verbal communication is concern neither they gave me exact idea what is issue and how it can be sorted./i after detail research i found ibm has marked me hence pf withdrawal is rejected by pf office bangalore and i can not pf for 57 yrs. it has been also told to me that i cannot transfer pf due to same reason. iwhen i contact ibm team they told me they have never marked me as 'international worker'. i have wrote almost 21 mail to ibm team & received very very bad response from them. /i in month of sep 2012 i applied for pf transfer from my existing company & now also i could see status of pf transfer rejected due to name & pf did not match with data they exists. i did not received any communication neither my company about rejection. i dont understand why this pf office bangalore not clear in communication & it seems they only look at opportunity to reject the pf .point to note here is name & pf number was very much same as first time pf was rejected due to international worker status now can you suggest me any forum or person who can help to resolve this issue so that i can withdraw or transfer my pf.
Difference b/w permenent worker & temorary worker
Dear all member need help for above topic. we have two categorized worker one is permenenton payroll whose getting a benefits of leave pf esic and another is temporary worker whose getting only esic benefits. but problem is that permenent worker getting less cash carry againts temporary worker because pf deduction of permenent worker s salary so that they gets less cash carry rather than temporary worker. so there is big problem of permenent worker s turnover it will effect on productivity quality time consume for worker recruitment. pls help me out for how can i positively diffrenciate a permenent worker & temp.worker. i want to retain both but there is some motivation for temp.worker to be a permenant how? regards pundlik bhavsar hr executive

Termination of permaent worker
Hello seniors i would like to discusses one issue.we will going to terminate one permanent worker as he fight with another worker inside the factory premises. first of all we had got a written complaint against him the another worker with whom he fight. immediately we had taken action and issue show cause notice to that worker. he had given his written ans to us but in the meanwhile we had taken some statements from the witness and check his background related to this issue. we are also having cctv footage of this incident with us. from last sum days we had suspend that worker. but after all this enquiry evidence if we terminate that worker then is the right procedure that we had followed? will he change our decision in the labour court?do we need to pay any compensation to him if he do so? regards madhura parab
