I need a policy about allocating IT Assets to the employee. I am working in an IT Company as an HR Admin Associates. I need a format & form to mention that if assets like laptop,headphone, Lan Cable, Mouse if we give to employee.. I need declaration. Apart from this, If someone break assets or lost it,I need a format for the same too.
