I have been recruiting since one year and for the last couple of weeks now whom ever we have offered the job has accepted but at the nth moment they mail or call and say they are unable to join us..
Can you please help me draft a mail, which i need to send it to them stating that the offer of employment is void something like that. Please help give me a proper format and please mail to [email protected]

See this is happening in the market for a very long time. 95% of the candidates who get the first offer becomes lucky and would want to grab more offers. The mind set of the candidates now is so fickle-d that it laid the success stone for (Former I would say, instead of sending emails to candidates who would happily ignore that, and you can find out plan which would help you in the last minute surprises.

Also wanted to know is there any forum that there is a provision to black list a candidate.... i am not aware of that so wanted to know and how does that work.
