What kind of disciplinary action would be appropriate for 15 employees who have absented themselves from work at once for attending a party without the approval of their superior.
They have later come to us requesting for sick leave for that day. Can we deny this and consider that day as an LOP?

i am new in this forum, i need help. in last week one of my junior employ misbehave with me and use bad language (abusing) during office time, many time i warned him but still his behavior is not acceptable for me and for good office relationship.

Hi All,
Need urgent help
One of Female Employee is given show cause notice pending enquiry notice for denying work with druken labours . Her Manager has not supported her when she informed about the incident and ask for help .
Instead of helping and supporting her ..Her Manager has wrongly reported the incident and she was given show cause notice.
