Please note that I am working as an "Admn. cum HR Executive" from last 10 years, now I am planning to do diploma in "HR Generalist" to move completely in the field of HR.
Kindly suggest, need advice from all seniors.

You have to select a good course that is recognized.
If you have any specific Institute in mind check with your company
whether the Institute is recognized.
If you are going to try outside your company it is all the more imperative
to select a good Institute.

Please try Cite HR archives for different HR topics
Type “Recruitment” inside the box WHAT DO YOU NEED
that you find in the title bar right above.
After typing in the box, press the 'research' button next to it.
You will get lot of information.
You can also refer "Related Information" and 'Download Thread'
that you find in the right side of this message.
Repeat the process for ‘Administration, Pay Roll, Training,etc
