Hello Manish,
Suggest try the Free Job Portals--you will many by using the 'research' facility @ the top of this page OR by just googling.
Also, some Portals give an initial free usage facility before charging.
These are the best bets when you have resource constraints.
All the Best.

There are some interesting ways, some are secrets, basically it is all in the ability to network. If you have good networking contacts then you will find this a cake walk.

Hello S.K.Sundararajan,
I guess that's what this Forum,,,,,,CiteHR......is meant for: sharing what one knows with others who need it the most, be it information, experiences, suggestions/guidance to another person's situations/problems.
If one wishes to keep his/her secrets to himself/herself, I can only surmise the world would soon become too warped & constricted as we live our lives.
Suggest try 'sharing' your secrets/ways & see the difference in YOU for yourself. The joy of 'sharing/giving' far, far, far outweighs anything one can get in 'taking'. That the other person also benefits is just a collateral one.
