Hi Am working as hr in a IT company. I am fresher and there is no hr in the company so i have to perform all the responsibilities but the thing is that the employees takes so many leaves due to which we are having losses and their is already alternate saturday are off their. how can i deal with such situation please help me

To avoid the problems that you are facing I feel as its better to draft a leave policy and you follow it strightly
Being as HR or responsibility is not only preparation of policy but we have to ensure it is followed
There are lots of steps to ensure any policies are followed. as per my knowledge you can follow any of these steps and there might be various options too
1) At the time of induction we have to clearly describe the policies
2) Provide proper counselling
3) Educate them
4) IF any of the above is not helping then you can warn them in written and later you can deduct the wages as LOP or even you can follow the disciplinary policy

Dear Kajal, Best way is to conduct a town hall session with all employees, educating about the leave policy and informing them that the same will be enforced. It is very important to keep a check on shrinkage and the stage as per your query has arrived to actually enforce the leave policy to maintain the same.
