My comments on your post are as below:
a) "Employer Branding" is a far more serious activity. This cannot be delegated to fresher like you. Nothing wrong in delegating also. Nevertheless, the person who gave this assignment should have given basic guidelines. Have the guidelines been given? If yes, then you may share with this forum.
b) Branding is a part of marketing. Do you have exclusive department for marketing? If yes, then to take inputs, your HOD should have approached Head Marketing of your company. Instead of consulting in-house, why you have raised this query directly in the public forum?
c) Have you read books of branding or marketing? If not, I recommend you doing so. You need to have conceptual clarity as far as concept of branding is concerned. Lest, your work will be superficial. If you read books then possibly you might not need suggestions from others.
