Dear friends ....i am working in engineering college (FIT Pune) as faculty member from last four months. i was sacked from job without giving any notice nor any warnings. i was just called one day and asked to give resign. the joining letter which i have received from institute very clearly mentions that,one month of notice period or salry of one month will be given before terminating from the employment . pls kindly help me to how to fight this legally??

1) have you resigned ?
2) have you mentioned in your resignation that you will serve notice period from this date to that date ?
3) is it due to any disciplinary actioned initiated against you ?
4) have they given you any resignation acceptance letter ?

1) no....i was called on 30th oct 2015 and asked for resignation saying this will be my last working day and i am yet to give resignation on
3)no disciplinary action is initiated against me
