1. Sir, in order to get coverage under provisions of ESI Act, 1948 and EPF & MPs Act, 1952, you must go into details of eligibility of an establishment for coverage under said Acts. You can find the same from the literature available on websites of said 2 departments.
2. You can also contact the nearest/appropriate offices of above 2 organisations for coverage of your establishment.
3. I think, in order to obtain code numbers/coverage under said Act, there are no expenses involved except that compliance is required to be made since the date of coverage. However, in respect of coverage of security establishments/contractors etc., ESIC has laid down some conditions of advance payments, which can be ascertained from the appropriate office of said organisation.
