Unless the incident reported in detail, you cannot judge just becos of small incidents happen in the organisation, sometime some employees are frustrated with work pressure, higherup torture etc., nowdays it is common unless it hurts an organisation in financial as well as reputation.

Dear Nikel321,
This is in addition of what Sateesh has written. While asking for more details, it is pertinent to give feedback on quality of your post also. You have written your post as if you have nothing to do with English grammar. Therefore, while providing details, we urge you to write the post on MS Word, do the spell check as well as grammar check. Inferior posts, degrade quality of the forum, hence the feedback.
Thanks,

Is it MISS BEHAVING or misbehaving... Both have different meaning..if the Miss is behaving wrongly, then it is a different condition than a Mister misbehaving ! lolz
