I am working with a chartered accoutant firm and my designation is here as manager for the HR dept. I need to implement & set up the HR Dept for every hr activities like employees interview , joining formalities, exit, performance review, rewards and recognition. it is a partnership firm , and the real challenge here is, majority of the crowd are articles (CA interns), they work for three years with the firm. we have very less employees and more articles.
IT will great if anyone can help me in giving ideas on how to implement and set up HR activities. Articles cannot have a performance appraisal also, as they have fixed stipends every year.
