One of my client is not paying the recruitment fee, and it has been 5 months
Dear seniors please suggest me one of my client is not paying the recruitment fee and it has been 5 months. we know the management through the known source and we haven t sign any agreement only few email conversation regarding as per that we agreed on 45 days replacement. there are few call recordings and whatsapp messages regarding payment followup discussions. we place 2 candidate out of which one candidate left job after 70 days completion and another candidate left job after 5 months from joining date. they are saying that all the candidate has left job and will not pay the consulting fee. please suggest what to do further so that we can get our payment successfully. thanks in advance sandip.
Now company is responding in my followup, regarding pf withdrawal
I want to withdrawal my last company pf. i received a pf number and when i tried to active the uan number come to know they mention my dob wrong. now i left company and when i am checking the pf passbook site i can see my last 3 months there is no update. i have all payslips that they deducted in name of pf. now company is responding in my followup. please let me know what to do?

Candidate replacement
Hi team please let me know in which case the vendor is responsible. i if the candidate is being terminated by the client after one month is it the vendors responsibility to replace the candidate ii if the candidate resigns from the organization voluntarily with in the guarantee period of 3 months. iii how do we need to bill the client if the candidate is replaced should bill according to 1st candidate ctc or replaced candidate ctc. kindly guide me in this regard. thanks & regards s.srikanth 09848230995
Followup on joining date
Dear seniors candidate got selected in the month of and he resigned from his previous employer on nov 5th we have insisted him join within a month .his notice period is 3 months as per their company rules but he said he can negotiate but now their project head sent him a mail saying as per rules it is 90 days from the date of raising resignation mail .he sent me a mail asking for my response.please guide what are the best alternative ways he can convince their management so that he can join us as soon as possible as we have immediate requirement here?what can i suggest him?
