Hi,
you can arrange various competitions like sweets, rangoli competition, drawing competition, mehndi, flowers or essay competition etc... and ask everyone to be traditionally dressed.have a pot lunch(that is where all the employees bring food from home and everybody share and take meals together).have a pooja on dassera day also arrange for lunch and dj or some music, for their enjoyment and refreshment.
