DEAR SENIORS,
I WANT TO GET SOME DETAIL ABOUT TRAINEE'S IN TEXTILE COMPANY. IF TRAINEE IS EXEMPTED FOR EPF? WHAT WILL BE THE ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS. IN CASE OF HE IS REGULAR ON DUTY WITH FULL TIME.
IN TERM OF :
PERCENTAGE OF TRAINEE.
SHOULD BE COMPANY ROLL/ CONTRACTOR.
WHAT WILL BE THE TIME PERIOD?
AND OTHER ASPECTS??
UNDER AUTHORISED TRAINING SCHEDULE OR STANDING ORDER OR OTHERS.
PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS.

No person are exempted from PF Coverage unless covered under / governed by Apprentices act.
If your firm having certified standing orders and you have narrated Trainees in category of employee
they may be engaged with PF coverage.
There are no any fixation on percentage of engagement of trainees in comparison to permanent employee
you may either take him on company roll or hire them outsource agency. Coverage & liability may not be reduced for principal employer.
