India is a nation of 1.27 billion. She has close to million business organisations. Therefore, it is very difficult to draw commonality amongst million companies. All sort of dialogues happen in India. It includes, motivational feedback, lectures by senior managers, conflict of all types, negotiations within the company, negotiations with the labour unions and so on.
