I was working for software company in goa. i got following email from engineering manager

Today (16/10/2015) is your last working day at the company and you stand relieved from the service of the company effective close of business today.
We will process your payment as per your employment contract.
according to company my service has been terminated. now i want to clarify about my compansation and gratuity.
my salary structure is as follows.
Basic pay -12775
HRA-6388
Conv allowance-1600
Tech allowance-14487
medical allowance 1250
I worked for 7 years 4 month till lay off...
How much gratuity i am eligible, I have some doubt in calculation since we get very less basic and there are no dearness allowance.
