JOING TO OTHER COMPANY-REG

RECENTLY I JOINED ANOTHER COMPANY. PREVIOUSE COMPANY MANAGER DIDN'T TAKE MY RESIGNATION LETTER BY HAND. HENCE, I SEND THE SAME THROUGH REGISTER POST TO BRANCH, REAGIONAL OFFICE & CORPORATE OFFICE ALSO. BUT I DID'NT RECEIVE RESIGNATION ACCEPTENCE LETTER. IF THEY HELDUP/PENDING MY PF AMOUNT TO CLAIM OR TRANSFER TO NEWLY JOINED COMPANY, WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE WITH ME?

you did a good job i.e sending resignation through register post..
any company do not have rights to stop your PF amount claim.
you just approach your near by PF office and explain your problem or else you may sent your PF withdrawal forms (10c,FORM 19&15G&15H) through register post duly filled by you...

Don't worry about your previous company EPF amount
first of all your present company allotted your EPF NO or not, if you have a epf no. simply you are applying to epf transfer online only because if you are applying in online transfer your previous company compulsory transfer in 10days only.
