Respected Sir/Mam,
Recently I've applied for the executive post had qualified in all the interview rounds but at the VP (vice president) round the vice president told me to work as a PSR ( pre seller representative,qualification required for this post is matriculation and intermediate) with a wages of 300 rs/day no work no pay in indirect roll ,as I was too much interested to do job with the fmcg industry and its a bottling company of Coca-cola I agree with that.But everybody saying me it's wasting of time working as a PSR in indirect roll because I didn't get an appointment letter and in my payslip there is a name of an agency not the company I've applied for and I will never get a opportunity to work in direct payroll with other FMCG industries.I'm so frustrated and insecure about my career please help me out.

The VP may be testing your patience or stamina to handle the job and rigour of the duties and respnsibilities, if assigned to you to bring you on roll.
However, if not satisfied, switch over to some other organisation.
