hi helena,
KPI is a Key Performance Indicator which actualy shows departmentral objectives in practical or can say that it shows our important measures(areas) to be evaluated following to Job Description of team members of that particular department. It is wide meaning and a long lasting process which requires peridic analysis and changing depending upon the present base line of the departmental performance for ex- if sales department has a priority to sale a product up to the level of "x" it must be followed by other informations like --current status, ho to do, where to start etc..." all these components in all refelects our KPI.
If u want I can send u the format and process to fill it. for chat log in to yahoo.com messenger. My id is
where as KRA refelects the present needed area to be emphasized on.
